Be sure you have logged into the online portal. You will need your user name and password to get started on the mobile app.

Once logged into your secure online portal you can:

  • Check payment status of recently submitted claims
  • Check past claims information

  • Review your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)

  • Find detailed health plan information

  • Check Flexible Spending Account (FSA) balances

  • Download claims forms
